Join our 4-week group program focused on enhancing body image and self-esteem. In a supportive environment, you'll explore how your body image has been shaped and learn practical strategies for improvement. Each session includes 20 minutes of informative education followed by 40 minutes of engaging discussion. Connect with others on a similar journey and empower yourself to embrace a positive body image.
The will be a closed group of 10-12 participants.
